You Don’t Have to Carry Everything Alone

You may feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or disconnected from yourself beneath the many roles you carry. You are a woman of faith, responsibility, and care deeply for others. Well you do not have to carry this load alone.

I provide private pay counseling for women in Metro Atlanta, with a special focus on mothers and women connected to church or ministry leadership. This is a supportive space to slow down, gain clarity, and receive care that honors both your faith and your humanity.

My Counseling Approach

My approach is simple: you are unique, and your counseling should be too. There is no one-size-fits-all method when it comes to healing or personal growth. When we begin working together, we’ll take time to understand what you’re experiencing, what matters most to you, and what changes you hope to see. From there, we’ll create meaningful, realistic goals so we both know where we’re headed on this journey.

I understand what it’s like to:

  • Care deeply for others while neglecting yourself

  • Feel pressure to be strong, faithful, and available

  • Navigate leadership, motherhood, and calling simultaneously

Sessions are:

  • Thoughtful, unhurried, and relational

  • Focused on insight and sustainable change

  • Designed to support your real season of life

This is not about fixing you.
It’s about supporting you as you grow.

My goal is to meet you where you are and walk alongside you with empathy, curiosity, and genuine support. Faith can be incorporated when desired, never imposed.

Get in Touch!

You May Be in the Right Place If You Are:

  • A mother feeling lost in the constant demands of caregiving

  • A woman in church or ministry leadership who feels emotionally depleted

  • Someone who looks “fine” on the outside but feels overwhelmed inside

  • Carrying guilt for wanting more rest, clarity, or support

  • Trying to honor your faith while tending to your mental and emotional health

You don’t need to be in crisis to come to therapy.
You just need to be tired of doing this alone.
